Q. How do I get my passwords for your ebooks?
We send your passwords to you via email, as soon as we receive notification that your order has been placed. You should receive your passwords within one business day after you've placed your order: often, you'll get your passwords much faster than that.
Q. What's the trick that makes it easy to download PDF ebooks or PDF files?
A. Do not just left-click (with your cursor) on the PDF link or the DOWNLOAD link: that will open up the file in your web browser. What you should do (when using a Windows computer) is this: to download the file to your hard drive, simply Right-Click on the filename, and then from the menu choose "Save Target As." Select a folder where you want the PDF ebook to download -- the desktop is a good choice (you can move the ebook later). Once the ebook has downloaded onto your computer, double-click on the icon, and the ebook will open up and ask you for the password.
Q. What do I need to read PDF ebooks?
A. Zorba Press eBooks in PDF format can be read using either Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4 or higher), or Adobe Reader.
Q. What's the difference between Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Reader?
A. Adobe Acrobat Reader is the original reader for viewing many kinds of PDF documents. You can use Acrobat Reader to view our eBooks and other PDF files (order forms, information sheets, charts, resumes, etc.) that can be downloaded from the Internet.
Adobe Reader (formerly called Adobe Ebook Reader) is designed especially for reading eBooks. It offers more viewing options, allows you to combine all of your eBook files into one virtual library, marks your page number when you take a break from reading, allows you to add virtual highlighting and personal notes to the text, and more. Adobe has recently combined both products (Acrobat Reader and Adobe Ebook Reader) , and now makes only one free reading software, called Adobe Reader.
Q. Where can I get the FREE reading software?
A. Download the free reading software from Adobe, by visiting www.Adobe.com
Q. Can you answer more questions about reading ebooks?
